MEDIA PASSES

In order to obtain a Media Pass to Coral Head MusicFest events you must be able to provide creditials showing your employment or representation of a certified media outlet.

The following rules must be observed while in the event area.

1. Media Passes DO NOT give you VIP privileges.  Anyone holding a media pass will be allowed in the VIP area for limited amounts of time to take photographs or video.  Food, drinks, and seating areas are not included in the allowances of these passes.
    

2. Photographers and Videographers will be allowed in the Pit Area (a designated area directly in front of the stage) during the first 3 songs & last 3 songs of a headliners set. 
    

3. Video is limited to 15 second clips of the first 3 songs & the last 3 songs of any headliners set.
    

4. All photos and video must be used for reporting purposes only by the company you represent.  No photographs or video can be sold to any other media outlet or individual for profit.
    

5. All photographs/video must be shared with Coral Head, llc. 
   All material must be submitted to  Coral Head, llc. within 7 days after the event via email, dropbox, flash drive, or mail.
    

6. Coral Head, llc, The American Legion, the City, sponsors, or anyone representing the event will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged equipment before, during, or after the event.
    

7. Failure to adhere to these rules or any other placed on media personnel at the event can result in removal from the event and all materials obtained will not be allowed to be used.  Any unauthorized material published can/will result in prosecution.
   
   
   
   
   
   ALL PASSES WILL BE ISSUED AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE EVENT. 
   
   ID WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL
